Terms of Agreement (ToA)

Welcome to URBN LABS. These blanket Terms of Agreement apply to all mobile and web applications developed and operated by URBN LABS, including but not limited to School Connect, Society Connect, and our upcoming tools.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our applications ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, residents, admins, staff, and any others who access or use the Services.
2 Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, functionalities, structure, and design are the exclusive property of URBN LABS and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used, copied, or reproduced in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of URBN LABS.
3 User Accounts & Responsibilities
If the Service requires you to create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are strictly responsible for:
- Safeguarding your password and credentials.
- Any activities or actions taking place under your account.
- Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4 Data Privacy & Usage
Your privacy is critical to us. We collect data essential for providing app functionalities (like notification routing, role validation, or directory listings). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For data deletion procedures, please refer to the Data Deletion section below.
5 Links to Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., payment gateways) that are not owned or controlled by URBN LABS. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party providers.
6 Termination & Amendments
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.
Data Deletion Request
Under the prevailing data protection frameworks, you have the right to request the complete erasure of your personal data from any URBN LABS platform. To initiate a permanent deletion request, please follow these instructions:
Required Information for Deletion:
- • App Name: Specify the app (e.g., Society Connect)
- • Account Identifier: Registered phone number or Email ID
- • Reason for Deletion: (Optional) Helps us improve
Note: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Associated records such as financial receipts may be retained solely for legal compliance.
